Violence in the public schools has been a problem for years. On May 8, 2007, I fell victim to it at South Philadelphia High School in plain sight. The attacker was never prosecuted.
The union and administration through their remarkable silence and reticence, tacitly spin violence against teachers as the teacher’s fault because they're more concerned with optics and political correctness than they are with safety. We made a decision to educate children. We did not choose to be abused. These agenda-driven liberal apologists need to wise up and enforce the rules!
